Delivery Policy
Effective Date: June 8, 2026
At Beiges Clothing, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all online orders.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Sri Lanka. If international delivery is introduced in the future, separate terms may apply.
2. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability, payment verification, and operational conditions.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Colombo and suburbs: approximately 1–3 working days
- Outstation areas: approximately 3–5 working days
These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Additional delivery charges may apply for:
- Large or heavy orders.
- Re-delivery requests due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Special delivery arrangements.
5. Cash on Delivery and Other Payment Methods
We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or online payment options depending on location, order value, and operational feasibility. Beiges Clothing reserves the right to limit or disable COD for selected orders, locations, or customers when necessary.
6. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel. Once your order is dispatched, delivery responsibility will continue through our appointed courier partner.
7. Delivery Attempts
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may make a re-delivery attempt or contact the customer.
If delivery fails due to incorrect contact details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, Beiges Clothing reserves the right to cancel the order or charge an additional delivery fee.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate name, address, and contact details.
- Being available to receive the parcel or arranging an authorized recipient.
- Checking the parcel at the time of delivery where possible.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
Beiges Clothing shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, public emergencies, or courier service interruptions.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel is received damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
