Return & Exchange Policy

At Beiges Clothing, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair hygiene, quality, and operational standards.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items purchased through our online store, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • In original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice where applicable.
  • Free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, damage, or any sign of use.

2. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, promotional, and operational reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue:

  • Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased during promotional campaigns.
  • Innerwear, bodysuits, socks, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Accessories, jewellery, or beauty-related items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Customized or altered items.

3. Exchanges for Size or Item Changes

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Another size of the same item, subject to availability.
  • Another item of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability and payment of any price difference.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit, exchange code, or alternative solution at our discretion.

4. Returns

Unless required by law or due to a confirmed defect, wrong item sent, or verified fulfillment error, cash refunds are generally not provided for online purchases.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by Beiges Clothing.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item received.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

After review, we will advise the next steps, which may include exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, customers must contact our customer support team through the official contact methods published on our website. Items should not be returned without prior confirmation.

Once approved:

  • Customers may be required to send the item through a designated courier or approved return method.
  • Exchange processing may take approximately 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Delivery charges related to exchanges may apply unless the issue arose due to our error.

7. Inspection and Right to Reject

All returned items will be inspected before approval. Beiges Clothing reserves the right to reject exchange or return requests if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions in this policy.

8. Colour and Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, slight colour differences may occur due to photography lighting, editing, and individual device screens. Such minor differences alone may not qualify as a defect.

9. Policy Abuse

Beiges Clothing reserves the right to refuse exchanges, returns, or future orders where repeated misuse, unusual activity, or policy abuse is identified.

10. Final Decision

The final decision on all return, exchange, replacement, and refund requests rests with Beiges Clothing after reviewing the relevant order details and product condition.
